Managing Director

Dr. Waliu Olukayode Adeolu’s Profile Waliu Olukayode Adeolu is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Geophase Resources Limited who brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, and innovation to his position. Due to his exceptional leadership skills, Waliu Olukayode Adeolu was appointed as the current national President of the Nigerian Association for the Engineering Geology and the Environment (NAEGE). He has demonstrated a keen ability to transform the geotechnical industry in Nigeria which has made him an invaluable asset to the organization. As the President, he continues to set the standard for excellence in his profession and serves as a role model to others in the industry. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Olabisi Onabanjo University, two master’s degrees in Applied Environmental Geophysics and Engineering Geology, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from the London Graduate School. He’s an Alumni of the prestigious Lagos Business School (LBS) and holds several professional certifications in Geocharacterization for Foundation Design and Earthquake Hazards using the Seismic Piezocone Test at Georgia Institute of Technology, Atlanta, USA, testing and monitoring systems for all types of deep foundations in Aurora Rd, Cleveland, Ohio, USA, conventional static and dynamic pile monitoring and testing with Gesellschaft furSchwingungsuntersuchungen und dynamischePrufmethodenmbH Consulting Engineers for Vibration Analysis and Dynamic Testing Methods in Germany. Additionally, he is a licensed geoscientist by the Council of Mining Engineers and Geoscientists (COMEG) with expertise in project management, geophysical survey, pile foundation, environmental consulting, quality assurance and quality control, and civil/building construction. Waliu Olukayode Adeolu is an icon to reckon with in the geotechnical industry and his dedication to his field, combined with his impressive educational and professional achievements, make him a highly respected and sought-after professional in his field.

Bolanle Agbaje

Human Capital, Admin and Analytics Manager

Bolanle Agbaje is the Human capital, administrative, and analytics officer of Geophase resources Limited. She is a skilled professional passionate about effective human resource management, and excellent client service delivery at all levels. She is a development economist with a special interest in SME financing and economic growth. She has worked as Human resource/operations personnel at 3 different organizations all at management levels. Prior to that, she worked as the customer service team lead at one of the leading recruitment agencies in United Kingdom and as a data officer at Tracsis PLC, a leading UK transport-consulting and market research company where she developed skills in resolving critical resource and customer management issues. Bolanle has also conducted academic research assessing the effect of Commercial Banks Credit on the Development of SMEs in Nigeria and the need to bridge the financial gap between investors and businesses. She holds a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Huddersfield, United Kingdom. She possesses a Professional in Human resources – International (PHRi) certification. She is a student member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management and an associate member of the Institute of management, leadership, and productivity development. CSA Lead

Arc. Falude Emmanuel Bamiyo is the CSA Lead of Geophase resources Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture and a Master of Architecture in Project Management from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. at Universiti Teknologi Malaysia, focusing on innovative and sustainable architectural practices. Further enriching his academic pursuits, he earned a Sustainability Leadership Certification from Rutgers University, New Jersey, which underpins his expertise in environmentally responsible architecture. His professional credentials include LEED AP BD+C, LEED Faculty, EDGE Expert, DGNB Consultant, and ESG Consultant. His published research spans a range of topics, from solar desalination systems to innovative building materials
